iPEC’S All-Inclusive Accredited Coach Training Program Expands to London, UK

Robust, Interdisciplinary Curriculum, Based on iPEC’s Exclusive Core Energy Coaching™
Process, to Launch in March 2013, Joining 16 City Presence Across the U.S. and Canada

SHREWSBURY, NJ – For the first time ever, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) will offer its Accredited Coach Training Program in London, UK, a global expansion transcending outreach beyond established major metropolitan markets- among them, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, and New York. iPEC, creators of the Core Energy Coaching™ Process, the most dynamic and transformational coaching process available anywhere for unlocking human potential, will kick off its signature, three-module training curriculum, March 8-10, 2013.

According to D. Luke Iorio, iPEC’s President & CEO, “We are ecstatic to expand our concentration overseas to London, a renowned epicenter of commerce, and now, a premier location for our breakthrough coach training program.” “Regardless of economic conditions, cultural barriers, or personal paradigms, the synergies behind the coaching profession are universally unique to the bottom line - redefining relationships, productivity, and thought leadership.”

Module I, Life & Leadership Potentials Training, which encompasses a three-day intensive weekend, builds the coaching foundation on firm bedrock. Participants not only begin to learn powerful coaching skills, principles, and exercises; they also experience the power of all that they’re learning in the process. Module II: Core Transformation, and Module III: Breakthrough Coaching, follow at approximately 12-week intervals with teleclasses, peer coaching, group coaching, and self-study work in between each module.

A key aspect of the training is Energy Leadership™, an advanced coaching methodology that reveals how an individual’s real perceptions, beliefs, behaviors, and attitudes are showing up in the world, and why one is getting the results they do in their personal and professional lives. As part of the program, participants are trained in iPEC’s proprietary assessment tool, earning their designation as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, in addition to becoming a Certified Professional Coach.

According to the UK’s Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, 51 percent of companies consider coaching as a key part of learning development based upon a sample of 500 organizations. Moreover, up to 90 percent of UK-based businesses have relied on coaching to create a significant impact, and sustainable results, for individuals, employees, and hi-level executives.

iPEC will officially kick off its overseas expansion as a headlining sponsor at the 2012 ICF Global Conference this October. Representatives from iPEC’s admissions team will be on hand to discuss and answer questions surrounding its signature training program.
